A private tool
zOffice is a private tool for designing documents, making templates and copies of them, and recreating PDFs and pictures as editable documents. zOffice is operated by . It works in your own browser: we value your privacy, your documents stay on your device, and we don't share your data with third-party companies. The Privacy Policy explains the details.
What you create is yours
Everything you make with zOffice belongs to you, and you may use it for personal or commercial purposes. Because it is yours, you alone are responsible for your documents: their content, their accuracy and how you use them. zOffice provides the tool only. We don't see, check or approve what you make, and we take no responsibility for documents created by our users. Please use zOffice in line with the laws that apply to you.
Free use
The editor, templates, copies from spreadsheets, exports and recreating files are free. Free use shows a few calm ads; see the Privacy Policy for how they work.
zOffice Pro
zOffice Pro gives the account used at checkout the AI tools (translation and finding template fields), within a daily allowance shown in the editor, and no ads. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel; you can cancel any time in the customer portal linked from the Account page, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. One-time (Lifetime) plans have no renewal and last for as long as zOffice is operated. Team plans give Pro to the people the buyer adds, up to the team size. Access is personal: do not share your sign-in. We may remove access that is shared or obtained by fraud or a reversed payment.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See our Refund Policy.
Check your documents
Recreated documents, text read from pictures, and AI translations and suggestions can contain mistakes. Check every document before you print, send or rely on it.
Keep your own copies
Your documents are kept in your browser, not on our server, so we cannot recover them if your browser data is cleared. Keep copies with "Download .zoffice file".
No warranty, no liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, zOffice and its operator are not liable for any loss or claim arising from the use of the service or from documents made with it, including lost documents and printing costs.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
