zOffice is a document and design editor like the office and design apps you know, with a speciality: turn any document into a template with fields (a name, a date, a photo) and make every copy in one go. It can also rebuild a PDF or a scan as an editable document that looks the same.

1. Mark what changes
Select the words that change and press Make field, or type {{Name}}. Make any picture a photo field.
2. Add your list
Fill in one copy in a form, or use a spreadsheet (CSV from Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers) with one row per copy, plus the photos.
3. Get every copy
One PDF with every copy, a ZIP with one PDF each, or PNG pictures, named the way you choose.

Questions, answered
Is zOffice free?
Yes. The editor, templates, bulk copies, recreating PDFs and pictures, translation on your device and finding fields with rules are free, with no sign-up and no watermark. zOffice Pro adds AI translation and AI field finding, and removes the ads.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. zOffice is a private tool: it runs in your browser and keeps your documents in this browser's storage. We never sell your data or share it with third-party companies. Only when you press an AI button (Pro) is the text of the document sent, to translate it or find fields. Pictures are never sent.
Where are my documents saved?
In this browser, on this computer. Use Download .zoffice file to keep a copy or move it to another computer, and Export for PDF or pictures.
How exact is "Recreate"?
PDFs with real text come back very close to the original: same place, size and colour, in a font with the same letter widths. Scans and photos are read with OCR, which can mistake a letter, so check the text. If no text is found, the page is kept as a picture.
Can I use Excel files for bulk copies?
Save or download the sheet as CSV (File › Save as › CSV in Excel, File › Download › CSV in Google Sheets). The first row names the columns.
Who owns what I make?
You do. Everything you create with zOffice is yours to use, personally or commercially, and so is the responsibility for it: zOffice is the tool, and what you make and how you use it is up to you.
Does zOffice show ads?
Free use shows a few calm ads: Google ads on this home page and a sponsor's banner in the editor. The editor never loads ad scripts, so no ad can see your documents. zOffice Pro has no ads.
